Patti's Background

Patti served the first half of her career in the Air Force and Air National Guard, retiring after 28 years working in communications, administration and civil engineering roles.

She served briefly on the Pennsylvania House of Representatives staff before her selection to serve as IM’s first Associate Executive Director for Administration, which evolved into the title of Chief Operations Officer.

In this capacity Patti served as a Member representative on ABF’s Board and as the staff representative on the IM’s Board Finance and Investment Committees.

Patti was responsibile for IM’s budget preparation and management.

She earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Animalbioscience from Penn State and Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Alvernia University.

Patti and her husband, Frendy, live in Reading Pennsylvania where they attend Spring Valley Church. They enjoy hiking, gardening and spending time with their seven children and three grandchildren.
