Monique's Background
Monique Sadler-Taylor is Director of the Annual Fund and Major Gifts at American Baptist Home Mission Societies (ABHMS), where she brings more than two decades of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, and nonprofit leadership. In this role, she partners with the Chief Development Officer to grow ABHMS’ fundraising efforts, explore new revenue opportunities, and strengthen donor engagement, all in support of the organization’s mission to heal and transform lives through the work of Jesus Christ.

Monique’s professional journey includes serving as Director of Development and Education at the NASPGHAN Foundation, Major Gifts Officer at the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, and Director of Corporate Development for the American Diabetes Association. Earlier in her career, she spent 17 years in the cable industry, leading affiliate relations at BET Networks and corporate partnerships at CTAM.
A proud Temple University alumna, Monique lives in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, with her husband Tal. She is the devoted mother of two adult children and a proud grandmother to three beautiful granddaughters. Known for her relational leadership style and deep commitment to purpose-driven work, Monique continues to use her gifts to build stronger communities and advance meaningful change.
